IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 11:15 a.m., Kassidi Farrington, 25, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

1:08 p.m., Michael A. Hanscom, 32, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior convictions.

3:53 p.m., Jason D. Masterson, 43, of Wilton, was arrested on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening with prior convictions, domestic violence terrorizing with prior convictions, and criminal mischief.

9:14 p.m., Koren L. Velez, 65, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

11:25 p.m., Joshua Hiscook, 35, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on two charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and a probation hold.
