KNOX — A man who invited a female Facebook friend to his home was assaulted and robbed when she arrived accompanied by several friends.
The man reported the robbery at 10:20 p.m. Feb. 26 and said five individuals – three women and two men – assaulted and robbed him of marijuana at his Frye Mountain Road residence in Knox.
Before police arrived, the five left Knox but were stopped by police in Kennebec County, where they were arrested.
Charged with robbery, class A, and assault, class D:
• Billy Knights, 35, of Oxford
• Stephen Mickeriz, 19, of Harrison
Charged with class A robbery:
• Jessica Morrill, 38, of Woodstock
• Courtney Morrill, 19, of Westbrook
• Iresha Mckenzie, 26, of Boston, Massachusetts
Bail was set at $7,500 for Mckenzie and $10,000 for the other four suspects. According to police, all five remain in custody.
