WATERVILLE — The 10th annual Battle of the Badges basketball game between the Waterville Fire Department and the Waterville Police Department scheduled for Thursday, March 8, at the Alfond Youth Center, 126 North St., has been postponed. A date has yet to be determined.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Tickets cost $5, children younger than 10 will be admitted for free. To purchase tickets, call 873-5621 or at the door on game night.
All proceeds benefit the South End Teen Center, a satellite center of the Waterville Area Boys and Girls Club and a program of the Kennebec Valley Community Action Program. There will be half-time entertainment and the Teen Center members will be making baked goods to sell at the event.
