ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 1:47 p.m., Lyle Edward Burnham Jr., 38, of Belgrade, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, after a traffic accident involving an injury was reported on Civic Center Drive and Whisky Way.

8:23 p.m., Brandon M. Robinson, 27, of Jefferson, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and operating while license was suspended or revoked, during a traffic stop on Memorial Drive and Swan Street.

8:47 p.m., Jacob Robert MacDonald, 18, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing, after terrorizing was reported on Fig Vallee Lane.

SUMMONS

IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 11:50 p.m., a 25-year-old Augusta man was summoned on a charge of criminal trespass, after criminal trespassing was reported on Green Street.
