The New England Patriots agreed to contracts Friday with three free agents – defensive lineman Adrian Clayborn, running back Jeremy Hill and offensive lineman Matt Tobin – according to media reports.

The addition of Clayborn addresses an area of weakness for the Patriots, who were looking for pass-rushing help. Clayborn had 10 sacks last season for the Atlanta Falcons, including six in one game against Dallas.

Hill, 25, is coming off a disappointing season in which he played in just seven games for Cincinnati and rushed for 116 yards. He averaged more than 900 rushing yards in his first three seasons with the Bengals.

Tobin has played both tackle and guard. He was a reserve last season for Seattle after four seasons with Philadelphia.
