IN HALLOWELL, Thursday at 8:06 a.m., a 38-year-old Hallowell man was summoned on a charge of failure to register vehicle.
IN WINTHROP, Thursday at 6:12 p.m., harassment was reported on Main Street.
6:49 p.m., an animal bite was reported on Winthrop Center Road.
ARRESTS
IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 11:16 a.m., Jessica E. Cox, 29, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of driving to endanger and operating while license suspended on Civic Center Drive. Cox was arrested again Friday at 12:38 a.m., on a charge of violating a condition of release.
