A Scarborough man whose naked body was found Sunday morning on Skyline Street died of natural causes, according to police.
Police said the state Medical Examiner’s Office determined through an autopsy that 63-year-old Raymond H. Frank died of a heart attack. Police do not know why the man was naked except for his socks and slippers, but said it could have been connected to his medical condition.
Frank’s body was found near 30 Skyline St. around 5 a.m. Sunday by a newspaper carrier for the Maine Sunday Telegram. Frank lived with his father in a modular home development located off Route 1 near Maine Medical Center’s Scarborough campus. The father was not home when his son’s body was discovered.
Maine State Police assisted with the investigation.
