ARRESTS

IN CLINTON, Thursday at 9:29 a.m., Chelsea A. Wyman, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and unlawful possession of heroin.

IN OAKLAND, Thursday at 3:04 p.m., a 15-year-old was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 2:06 p.m., Phillip S. Carlo, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two counts of possession of sexually explicit material depicting a minor under the age of 12, with prior convictions.

4:49 p.m., Cassandra L. Shaw-Howard, 27, of Hartland, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
