ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 9:57 p.m., Steven J. Routhier, 29, of Moscow, was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and domestic violence assault.

Wednesday at 12:17 a.m., Alixandra B. Cobb, 19, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, disorderly conduct, assault and furnishing a place for minors to consume alcohol.

9:14 a.m., Jose M. Ortiz, 41, of Palmyra, was arrested on warrants for probation revocation on domestic violence assault and failure to appear on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 9:54 p.m., Joseph A. Fox, 49, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

12:44 a.m., Brian S. Stafford, 38, of Litchfield, New Hampshire, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

12:51 a.m., Emily French, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of operating vehicle without a license and operating under the influence, with prior convictions.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 9:55 a.m., Michael E. Poulin, 30, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior convictions, possession of suspended or fictitious license and obscuring motor vehicle plates marks.
