IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 9 a.m., Kristina L. Martin, 33, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on charges of operating while under the influence, with one prior conviction, and hindering apprehension of prosecution.

11:20 a.m., Zachary A. Uhlman, 20, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on operating vehicle without a license.

11:42 a.m., Colby R. Dunham, 26, of Bangor, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear on operating while license suspended or revoked, with prior conviction, and operating under the influence.

2:15 p.m., Claudette J. Catalano, 47, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 10:03 a.m., Abraham Adams, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of failing to report an accident.

11:18 a.m., Jennifer Pierce, 35, of Canaan, was arrested on a probation hold.
