ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 1:57 p.m., Nicole A. Taylor, 42, was arrested on a change of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (less than $500), violating condition of release and on two outstanding warrants.

4:40 p.m., Cynthia Ann Blackwood, 58, of Hallowell, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass.

5:58 p.m., Jill M. Mansir, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

7:58 p.m., Valerie Murphy Lowe, 52, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violation of probation.

IN HALLOWELL, Tuesday at 10:08 p.m., John W. Wilkinson, 39, of Augusta, was arrested on two outstanding warrants and charges of refusing to submit to arrest or detention physical force, and violating conditions of release.
