FARMINGTON — Macey Phillips belted a home run to go along with a single and had four RBIs to lead the Mt. Blue softball team to a 4-3 win over Cony in a Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class A game Tuesday afternoon.

Madisyn Smith earned the win in the circle for Mt. Blue (4-4).

Brooklynn Belanger had three singles for Cony (2-5) while Cari Hopkins added a double and a single.

LEAVITT 5, ERSKINE 0: Hannah Deblois had a double and Leah Maheux tripled to lead the Hornets (5-4) to the KVAC B game in Turner.

Parker King had the lone hit for Erskine (1-6).

MESSALONSKEE 8, BANGOR 5: Taylor Baker had a double, single and three RBIs as the Eagles (6-2) cruised to the KVAC A victory Monday.

BASEBALL

CONY 13, MT. BLUE 3: The Rams pounded out 10 hits on their way to the KVAC A win in Farmington.

Riley Geyer had a double, a single and an RBI for Cony (2-5) while Tyler Dostie and Mitch McFarland each added two singles.

Caleb Young had two singles for the Cougars (0-7).

RANGELEY 12-21, FOREST HILLS 6-5: Kyle LaRochelle went 2 for 3 in the opener and Leo Perez had three hits, including a double, in the second game as the Lakers prevailed in an East/West Conference doubleheader.

BOYS LACROSSE

ERSKINE 15, LAWRENCE 2: Chance Reed and Ethan Furlong each scored five goals to lead the Eagles.

Caleb Tyler also chipped in with three goals for Erskine while Seth Reed had eight groundballs.

Cameron Jordan and Aidan Strickland each scored for the Bulldogs.
