WORCESTER, Mass. — The Assumption College Department of Sociology, Criminology and Anthropolgy recently announced that Shalahn Staten, of Clinton, has become a member of Alpha Kappa Delta, the international honor society in sociology.

Staten, a senior, was inducted into the honor society this spring.
