BOOTHBAY — Taylor Rodriguez scored four goals and Silver Clukey added three to lead the Winslow girls lacrosse team to a 19-3 victory over Oceanside on Friday afternoon.
Savannah Joler also had three goals while Sarah Stevens, Haley Grenier and Cassie McCaslin each had a pair for Winslow (11-0).
Oceanside dropped to 3-7.
BOOTHBAY 12, LAWRENCE 10: Sydney Meader scored five goals and Jackie McLoon added four to lead the Seahawks (8-2) in Boothbay.
Cassandra Coli scored five goals and Nora Buck added three to pace the Bulldogs.
Sierra Weston had 10 saves for Lawrence (5-6).
SOFTBALL
MONMOUTH 2, CARRABEC 1: Emily Kaplan and Mariah Herr each had RBI singles with two outs in the top of the seventh to lift the Mustangs to the Mountain Valley Conference win in North Anson.
Monmouth freshman Brooke Rooney tripled in her varsity debut.
Emily Chasse had four strikeouts and walked just one to earn the victory in the circle for Monmouth (10-5). Sam Lebeau struck out six and walked two for Carrabec (9-6).
ERSKINE 7, BELFAST 2: Kayla Hodgkins hit a pair of doubles to help her own cause as the Eagles took the Kennebec Valley Athletic Conference Class B contest in Belfast.
Hodgkins allowed just one earned run for Erskine (4-11). Madison Boynton drove in a pair of runs from the leadoff spot, and Chiara Mahoney enjoyed a 2 for 3 day at the plate.
Brooke Richards had two hits for Belfast (6-9).
WINTHROP 12, MT. ABRAM 0, 5 INN.: Hanna Caprara and Sam Allen had two hits and drove in four runs apiece, leading the Ramblers (12-3) to the MVC victory in Winthrop.
Caprara added a triple and Allen had a double, while Bry Baxter had two hits and three RBIs. Layne Audet struck out six to earn the win, allowing only two hits.
The Roadrunners fell to 1-14.
BOYS LACROSSE
MARANACOOK/WINTHROP 12, WINSLOW 8: Colin Adair scored seven goals and Will Hays made 16 saves to lead the Black Bears to the KVAC win in Winslow.
Tanner Evans added three goals for Maranacook/Winthrop (7-4), while Ian Dow scored two.
Bryce Hillier had four goals to lead Winslow (5-6), and Colby Nadeau added two goals and five assists.
GIRLS LACROSSE
ERSKINE 16, CAMDEN HILLS 13: Jordan and Joanna Linscott combined for 11 goals to lead the Eagles (6-4) to the KVAC victory in South China.
Jordan had six and Joanna had five, while Ella Johnson had three goals and Alyssa Savage scored twice. Ashlyn Wing made 14 saves for Erskine.
Sarah Contento had three goals and two assists for the Windjammers (1-10), while Olivia Powers had three goals and Ryan Hart (assist) and Caroline Contento scored two apiece.
BASEBALL
RICHMOND 19, VALLEY 0, 5 INN.: The Bobcats scored 10 runs in the second inning en route to the East/West win in Richmond.
Justin Vachon pitched a perfect game with eight strikeouts for Richmond (13-0). Nate Kendrick drove in four runs.
Valley dropped to 1-11.
RANGELEY 7-7, TEMPLE 3-4: Leo Perez had two hits in both ends of a doubleheader, leading the Lakers (9-5) to the East/West Conference sweep.
Perez had a double in the second game, as did Kenny Thompson, Brian Williamson and Cal Crosby, while Bo Beaulieu doubled in the first game. Beaulieu also got the win in the first game with a two-hitter.
Nathan Riportella doubled in the first game for Temple (7-8), while Sawyer DeRoche and Micah Riportella had doubles in the nightcap.
