The reality TV series “Greenlight Maine” will host its third annual “pitch-off” competition Friday evening, with three Maine small businesses competing for a grand prize of $100,000.

The “Greenlight Maine” season three finale will take place at 7 p.m. Friday at Gracie Theater on the Husson University campus in Bangor.

The three finalists are Portland tech startup Forager, Portland toolmaker Zootility and Portland mushroom grower North Spore. The three businesses will compete live in front of three judges and a live audience.

The event is free and open to the public. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.

“Greenlight Maine” airs each Saturday night on WCSH-6 and WLBZ-2. The series is a production of Portland Media Group LLC in cooperation with the New England School of Communications.

In the three seasons the series has aired, over $4 million has been invested in companies that have appeared on the show, in addition to each season’s $100,000 cash prize.
