SKOWHEGAN — A free family book fair is planned from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 16, in Tewksbury Hall, behind the Federated Church, Skowhegan Island.
New and gently used books will be available for children and families.
To donate books prior to the fair, books can dropped off at the Federated Church from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday through Friday or at Skowhegan Middle School with Deb Tanner.
The event is sponsored by the Skowhegan Area High School National Honor Society, Skowhegan Middle School Student Council and Kennebec Valley Community Action Program.
