IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Thursday at 12:56 a.m., Kahner Richard Dee, 23, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

3:15 a.m., Clover Lee York, 51, of Jay, was arrested on charges of hindering apprehension or prosecution, furnishing a place for a minor to consume or possess liquor and unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

3:25 a.m., Benjamin Edward York, 23, of Jay, was arrested on charges of assault, violating conditions of release, hindering apprehension or prosecution and furnishing a place for a minor to consume or possess liquor.

3:57 a.m., Tashiel Johnson, 21, of Jay, was arrested on charges of assault; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth; and being a fugitive from justice.

5:32 p.m., Jody Patrick Morris, 42, of Wilton, was arrested on a probation hold.
