ARRESTS

IN FAIRFIELD, Sunday at 10:07 a.m., Leo P. Valcourt, 44, of Waterville, was arrested and charged with violation of a protective order.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 12:35 a.m., April M. Blouin, 43, of Farmington, was arrested and charged with domestic violence assault, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 3:46 p.m., Leo P. Valcourt, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8:22 p.m., Nicholas Ryan Gilbert, 30, of Pittsfield, was arrested on two warrants.

Monday at 2:22 a.m., Shawn R. Doody, 20, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of failure to give correct name, address and date of birth.

4:03 a.m., Alec Zarov Niemy, 26, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and assault.

IN WATERVILLE, Sunday at 8:13 p.m., James Price, 38, of Winslow, was arrested and charged with assault, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

SUMMONSES

IN FAIRFIELD, Friday at 12:57 a.m., Travis W. Clement, 39, of Norridgewock, was issued a summons and charged with displaying a fictitious vehicle certificate.

8:55 a.m., Heidi Booth-Silva, 43, of Fairfield, was issued a summons and charged with failure to obtain license within 30 days of revocation beyond 90 days.
