8:41 a.m., Richard A. Conti, 69, of Groton, Vermont, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension.

9:13 a.m., Justin A. MacLean, 31, of Rangeley, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked, with a prior conviction.
