IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 6:12 p.m., Stephanie A. Freeman, 29, of Skowhegan, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and unpaid restitution and charges of refusal to submit to arrest or detention and criminal mischief.
