ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 5:50 p.m., Erica L. Cloutier, 37, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant, after shoplifting was reported on Civic Center Drive.

8:28 p.m., Jeffrey L. Marshall, 33, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening and domestic violence assault with prior convictions, after a domestic disturbance was reported on South Chestnut Street.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Saturday at 12:13 p.m., Thomas R. Stilphem 19, of Kennebunk, was summoned on a charge of violating condition of release, after a report of an intoxicated person was received on Industrial Road.

4:34 p.m., Christopher LaPlante, 28, of Pittsfield, was summoned on charges of failure to register a vehicle and attaching false plates.

7:58 p.m., Eric J. Gendron, 52, of Augusta, was summoned on a charge of prohibition of fireworks, after a fireworks complaint was made on Arsenal Street.
