ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Friday at 8:40 a.m., Jay Allen Buotte, a 56-year-old transient, was arrested on a charge of indecent conduct, on Western Avenue.

Sunday at 3:41 p.m., Nathaniel S. Glavin, 39, of Gorham, was arrested on charges of theft by unauthorized use of property, operating after habitual offender revocation, and violating conditions of release, after a traffic complaint was made on Civic Center Drive.

IN GARDINER, Monday at 1:35 a.m., Elton Augustus Bowler, 55, of Gardiner, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, obstructing report of a crime, and domestic violence criminal threatening, on Autumn Street.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Sunday at 2:41 p.m., Tajindah K. James, 30, of Augusta, was issued a summons on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (less than $500), after shoplifting was reported on Cony Street.

5:52 p.m., a 43-year-old Windsor man was issued a summons on a charge of operating while license was suspended or revoked, after a traffic stop on Civic Center Drive and Bond Brook Road.
