ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Saturday at 10 p.m., Davian Torress Rodriguez, 27, of Nashua, New Hampshire, was arrested on charges of aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs.

Sunday at 12:35 a.m., April L. McDonald, 34, of Jay, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and possession of hypodermic apparatuses.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 1:30 a.m., Glenn R. Whalen, 47, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

Monday at 12:13 a.m., James L. O’Clair, 21, of Embden, was arrested on a charge of hindering apprehension or prosecution.

12:30 a.m., Michael J. Richardson, 28, of Embden, was arrested on charges of aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, violating condition of release and driving to endanger.
