ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 6:00 p.m., Ruben Arangure, 55, of Strong, was arrested on a charge of stealing drugs.

Tuesday at 12:06 a.m., Keith E. Conley, 54, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, with a prior conviction.

2:44 p.m., John L. Oberton, 25, of Wilton, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:38 a.m., Crystal L. Boucher, 44, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on charges of attaching false plates and a charge of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.

Wednesday at 1:22 a.m., Robert A. Carey, 28, of Solon, was arrested on a probation hold and charges of failing to stop for an officer, theft by unauthorized use of property, vehicle speeding 30 mph hour over the speed limit and operating after criminal suspension.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 3:46 p.m., Wilmer Rodriguez-Maldonado, 31, of Waterville, was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge.
