AUGUSTA — Multiple drug charges lead a list of indictments handed up recently by a grand jury in Kennebec County.

An indictment is not a determination of guilt, but it indicates that there is enough evidence to proceed with formal charges and a trial.

The following indictments were released Thursday at the Capital Judicial Center:

• Stephen D. Bastin Jr., 33, of Strong, eluding an officer, criminal speed and failure to stop for an officer, all April 22, 2018, in Rome.

• Heidi Beane, also known as Heidi MacDougall and MacDougall-Beane, 49, of Augusta, unlawful trafficking in heroin and unlawful trafficking in cocaine base Feb. 1, 2018, in Augusta.

• Jermaine Blunt, also known as Kelvin Elmwood and Shawn, 33, of Bronx, New York, aggravated trafficking in heroin and aggravated trafficking in cocaine base May 15, 2018; aggravated trafficking in heroin and, both May 17, 2018, and failure to give correct name May 18, 2018, all in Waterville; criminal forfeiture of $2,100 seized May 18, 2018, at the Kennebec County jail.

• Krystle Buchiere, 35, and Alan Dziob, 37, both of Limestone, unlawful trafficking of heroin and/or fentanyl Feb. 22, 2018, in Litchfield.

• Shaun Campbell, also known as Shaun C. Campbell, Shaun Christopher Campbell, Shaun Johnson, Kenneth Dixon and Sha, 36, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in cocaine and aggravated trafficking in cocaine base April 18, 2018, in Augusta.

• David Dickens, also known as David H. Dickens and David Huston Dickens, 28, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in heroin and unlawful trafficking in heroin April 26, 2018, in Augusta.

• Jessica L. Dube, 37, of Augusta, gross sexual assault, unlawful sexual contact and visual sexual aggression against a child less than 12 years old, all between Aug. 1 and Aug. 31, 2017, in Augusta.

• Rodney Dubois, 65, of Waterville, unlawful sexual contact and unlawful sexual touching with a victim under age 14 between Jan. 1, 2016, and Feb. 16, 2017, in Waterville.

• Bonnie Lee French, 45, of Augusta, five counts of theft by unauthorized taking and two counts of criminal trespass, Dec. 16, 2017-May 26, 2018, in Augusta and Waterville.

• Ryan Gary, also known as Ryan G. Gary and Ryan Gabriel Gary, 31, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking fentanyl, unlawful trafficking in fentanyl, and violation of conditions of release, all Jan. 8, 2018; aggravated trafficking in fentanyl, unlawful trafficking in fentanyl, and violation of conditions of release, all Jan. 16, 2018, and all in Augusta.

• Daniel S. Gauthier, 46, of Litchfield, gross sexual assault, unlawful sex contact and visual sexual aggression against a child under 12 between July 24, 2011 and July 23, 2017, in Litchfield.

• Mario Gordon, also known as Mario A. Gordon, Mario Albert Gordon, Albert Bordon and MJ, 36, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in heroin, aggravated trafficking in cocaine base and two counts of violation of conditions of release, all March 16, 2018; two counts of aggravated trafficking in heroin — one alleging an amount of 6 grams or more and the other alleging a prior conviction in New York for selling drugs; two counts of aggravated trafficking in cocaine base — one alleging more than 32 grams of cocaine base and the other alleging the prior conviction — and aggravated trafficking in cocaine, two counts of violation of conditions of release and criminal forfeiture of $3,300, all April 4, 2018, and all in Augusta.

• Scott Holbrook, also known as Scott F. Holbrook, Scott Forest Holbrook, and Scott Forrest Holbrook, 53, Augusta, unlawful trafficking in heroin and unlawful trafficking in cocaine base May 9, 2018; aggravated trafficking in heroin, unlawful trafficking in heroin, and unlawful trafficking in cocaine base, all May 21, 2018, and all in Augusta.

• Isidore Holmes, also known as Isidore Holmes and P, 25, of Brooklyn, New York, and Desiree McKenna, 25, of Augusta, aggravated trafficking in heroin, unlawful trafficking in heroin and unlawful trafficking in cocaine base, all May 21, 2018, in Augusta.

• Dylan Michael Lajoie, 26, of Augusta, terrorizing April 6, 2018, in Waterville.

• Crystal L. Mata, 39, of Waterville, failure to comply with duty under Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act of 1999 April 23, 2018, in Waterville.

• Shawn Allan McKeil, 34, of Winslow, aggravated trafficking in fentanyl and unlawful furnishing of fentanyl, both Jan. 16, 2018, in Waterville.

• Jason Morgan, also known as Jason G. Morgan and Jason Glen Morgan, 23, of Augusta, unlawful trafficking in fentanyl Feb. 28, 2017, in Augusta.

• Daniel Albert Mullens Jr., 45, of Augusta, assault April 3, 2018, in Augusta.

• Dennis C. Nile, 73, of Anson, failure to comply with duty under Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act of 1999 March 9, 2018, in Chelsea.

• Jerica Reny, 28, of Sidney, and Seth Taylor, 27, of Fairfield, aggravated trafficking in heroin Jan. 31, 2018, in Waterville.

• Christian J. Roney, 42, of Fairfield, domestic violence terrorizing Oct. 29, 2017, in Waterville.

• Michael S. Tardiff, 52, of Belmont, theft by unauthorized taking of more than $10,000 from Donald Barberino, doing business as Favorites, Jan. 10, 2014-Dec. 31, 2017, in Waterville. Tardiff was sued civilly for $696,000 that the owner of Favorites, the off-track betting parlor in Waterville, says was stolen over the past 3 1/2 years. The case was settled in April 2018 with a $500,000 judgment against Tardiff.
