The 4th annual Dexter Sunrise Kiwanis Cruise-In will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, in the parking lot at the Ridge View Community School, Fern Road in Dexter. A rain date is set for Aug. 5.
Disc jockey Mike and the Wildwoods Band will provide musical entertainment. Car owners will compete for “Cool Rides” awards/trophies, handcrafted by local artisans. Food and drink will be sold by the Kiwanis. Event T-shirts are for sale and for the first time this year. Sponsors and vendors will be present in informational booths.
Admission will cost $5 for car owners and $2 per walk-in.
