ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Sunday at 3:05 p.m., Richard M. Wing, 70, of Seabrook, New Hampshire, was arrested on Class C warrant for unpaid fines and fees in connection with a charge of unlawful sexual touching.

8:20 p.m., Shawn A. French, 43, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of Class D domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 11:05 a.m., Lawrence Richard Knowles, 52, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass and violating the conditions of release.

Monday at 12:10 a.m., John A. Ames, 61, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest and assault on a police officer.
