ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 8:20 a.m., Ryan P. Cronkwhite, 33, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on warrants for failure to appear and a charge of operating under the influence with a prior conviction.

11:05 a.m., Jacob C. Gage, 32, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear.

7:22 p.m., Corrine L. Spencer, 42, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 6:23 p.m., Stephen Beane, 30, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of operating without a license and operating under the influence.

10:48 p.m., John W. Whitney, 33, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, refusing to sign criminal summons and domestic violence assault with prior convictions.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 1:13 p.m., David Anthony Milo Bowring, 28, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant.

5:15 p.m., Shahad L. Crump, 27, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of use of drug paraphernalia and operating while license suspended or revoked.

11:52 p.m., Andrew H. Dyer, 33, of Albion, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and use of drug paraphernalia.

Wednesday at 2:38 a.m., Sebastian N. Jackman, 32, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.
