A children’s activity will take place from 4 to 5 p.m. during the Twin Villages Art Walk on Friday, Aug. 17, at Savory Maine, 11 Water St., in Damariscotta.
Children will be provided with one free organic cotton shopping bag to decorate with fabric markers. The bags can be used to carry toys or beach gear or can be given as gifts. Free lemonade will be provided.
Adults are welcome to join in, and for $5 they can decorate a bag too. Weather permitting, this activity will take place outside at the picnic tables. In the event of rain it will be held in the dining room.
