ARREST

IN GARDINER, Friday at 10:26 a.m., a 13-year-old was arrested on a charge of filing a false report following an incident on Cobbossee Avenue.

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Sunday at 9:39 a.m., Gregory T. Roe, 33, of West Gardiner, was summonsed on charges of theft by unauthorized taking elevated by two priors and misuse of identification following an investigation on State Street.

10:25 p.m., a 56-year-old Augusta man was summonsed for operating a vehicle beyond the restrictions of his driver’s license following a traffic stop on Water Street.

IN HALLOWELL, Sunday at 11:46 a.m., a 23-year-old Hallowell man was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration for more than 150 days following a traffic stop on Water Street.
