7:10 p.m., Matthew Miles Raymond, 28, of Clinton, was arrested on charges of operating while his license was suspended or revoked and unlawfully using a license.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 3:02 p.m., Phillip Nelson Campbell, 65, of Harmony, was arrested on a warrant.
