ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 10:30 a.m., Christopher M. Miquelon, 30, of New Vineyard, was arrested on a warrant and charges of domestic violence terrorizing, domestic violence assault and violating conditions of release.

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 12:36 p.m., Trudy Lee Howell, 43, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 9:07 a.m., Jason E. Lopez, 30, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence, elevated by one prior conviction.

2:26 p.m., Shanon L. Walls, 33, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of possessing hypodermic apparatuses and violating conditions of release.

9:07 p.m., Kelly Ann Long, 41, of Madison, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7 p.m., Jonathan Turner, 32, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of reckless conduct.

11:11 p.m., Eduardo Figueroa, 39, of Manchester, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

11:51 p.m., Andrew J. Lindholm, 27, of North Anson, was arrested on a warrant.

 

SUMMONSES

IN OAKLAND, Wednesday at 1:10 p.m., Roger Timothy Googe, 52, of Waterville, was issued a summons on a charge of failing to obtain a driver’s license during a traffic stop on Kennedy Memorial Drive.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11:01 p.m., Richard Raymond Akers, 20, of Albion, was issued a summons on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license during a traffic stop on The Concourse.

IN WINSLOW, Wednesday at 6:11 a.m., Samuel Albert Tieman, 29, of Fairfield, was issued a summons on a charge of unlawfully possessing heroin after a report of a welfare check on China Road.
