IN GARDINER, Thursday at 10:14 a.m., suspicious activity was reported at the Gardiner Commons.

Friday at 7:12 a.m., a possible burglary in progress was reported on Clinton Street.

 

ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 1:49 p.m., Terence M. Downes, 39, of Augusta, and Stacey S. Downes, 41, of Augusta, were both arrested on outstanding warrants after they were found on Union Street.

9:46 p.m., Derek M. Gauthier, 40, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a disturbance on Eastern Avenue.

Friday at 3:38 a.m., Michael M. Henderson, 30, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant after a well-being check near Glen Street and Townsend Road

 

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Thursday at 7:43 a.m., a 64-year-old South Portland woman was issued a summons on a charge of passing a stopped school bus after  traffic complaints near Western Avenue and Chapel Street.

8:55 a.m., a 70-year-old Hallowell man was issued a summons on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration for more than 150 days during a traffic stop near Child Street and State Street.

3:56 p.m., a 61-year-old Winslow woman was issued a summons on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration for more than 150 days during a traffic stop on Western Avenue.

7:15 p.m., a 64-year-old Manchester man was issued a summons on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration for more than 150 days during a traffic stop near State Street and Union Street.
