ARRESTS

IN CLINTON, Sunday at 9:33 a.m., Thomas Edward Williams, 24, of Clinton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, elevated by priors.

6:02 p.m., Bartley R. Smith, 50, of Oakland, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct involving offensive words and gestures and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Sunday at 8:54 p.m., Larry Eugene Munn, 37, of St. Albans, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.

8:58 p.m., Brooke Anita Knight, 27, of Hartland, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
