IN MONMOUTH, Tuesday at 12:32 p.m., suspicious activity was reported by a caller at South Monmouth Market on Route 126.

IN VIENNA, Tuesday at 9:15 p.m., a Bean Farm Road caller reported getting scammed.

 

ARREST

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 8:37 p.m., Felecia M. Willard, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant on Washington Street.

 

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 8:05 a.m., a 27-year-old Ellsworth man was issued a summons on a charge of operating with a suspended registration on Airport Road.

8:33 a.m., Bryan S. Tardiff, 25, of Portland, was issued a summons on charges of failure to comply with the sex offender registry and violating a condition of release on Union Street.

10:21 a.m., Shawn David Towle, 37, of Monmouth, was issued a summons on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked at the intersection of Western Avenue and Sewall Street.

10:56 a.m., Erin M. Boulette, 31, of Skowhegan, was issued a summons on a charge of operating while license suspended or revoked at the intersection of Winter and Winthrop streets.

12:29 p.m., a 61-year-old Augusta woman was issued a summons on a charge of having a habitually truant student, on Lilac Lane.

1:32 p.m., Niffy A. York, 29, of Augusta, was issued a summons on a charge of theft following a report of shoplifting on Cony Street.
