ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wednesday at 11:27 a.m., Shane P. Dineen, 31, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on five warrants.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 10:08 a.m., Samantha Rose White, 23, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

3:54 p.m., Jay Stephen Mercier, 63, of Industry, was arrested on a writ of habeas corpus.

4:53 p.m., William Alfred Palmer, 41, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 7:19 p.m., Mckenzie Coulombe, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license, violating conditions of release and leaving the scene of an accident.

9:48 p.m., Krysta Tuttle, 18, of Waterville, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence criminal threatening.
