ARRESTS

IN CLINTON, Tuesday at 7:18 p.m., Seth Thomas, 22, of Clinton, was arrested on a warrant.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 6:41 p.m., Nathan David Cook, 20, of Strong, was arrested on a charge of motor vehicle speeding over 30 mph above the speed limit.

8:54 p.m., Michelle Lee Wilcox, 33, of Madrid Township, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal mischief, domestic violence terrorizing and obstructing the report of a crime or injury.

10:43 p.m., James Vincent Harris, 36, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 1:20 p.m., Alexander Shawn Robert Lane, 28, of Norridgewock, was arrested on a probation hold.

9:59 p.m., Robey R. Mills, 44, of Dexter, was arrested on a warrant and charges of violating a protective order and violating conditions of release.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 6:33 a.m., a juvenile, 15, was arrested on a charge of violating a protection order.

5:22 p.m., Joshua Graves, 40, of Waterville, was arrested on two warrants.

SUMMONS

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 9:01 a.m., Leah Jean Clark, 33, of Clinton, was issued a summons on a charge of operating while her license was suspended or revoked.
