ARRESTS

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 10:14 a.m., Jesse Ryan Ulvila, 34, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

2:58 p.m., Ellen Norton, 54, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise.

4:08 p.m., Lorie Ann Feather, 55, of Skowhegan, was arrested on two warrants.

9:03 p.m., Shain Allen Sargent, 47, of Waterville, was arrested on two warrants, as well as charges of assault, violating conditions of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, disorderly conduct, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, endangering the welfare of a child and terrorizing.

10:39 p.m., David L. Wellington, 64, of Mercer, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.

IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 4:53 p.m., Damian Chamberlain, 23, of Oakland, was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday at 1:09 a.m., Ian Douglas Morrison, 30, of Bristol, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.
