ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 6:40 a.m., Ricky D. Page, 49, of Augusta, was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a report of criminal trespassing on State Street.

10:53 p.m., a 13-year-old was arrested on a charge of assault following a report of disorderly conduct on Caswell Street.

Wednesday at 1:12 a.m., Timothy M. Barbeau, 44, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of violating probation following a report of criminal trespassing on Capitol Street.

 

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Tuesday at 1:06 p.m., a 52-year-old Augusta woman was issued a summons on a charge of keeping a dangerous dog following an investigation on Lambert Avenue.

2:03 p.m., a 40-year-old Hallowell woman was issued a summons for failing to notify law enforcement of a motor vehicle accident following a car accident on Whitten Road.
