ARRESTS

IN AUGUSTA, Sunday at 5:02 p.m., Maranatha L. King, 35, of Winthrop, was arrested on State Street on an outstanding warrant and on charges of violating conditions of release and three counts of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.

IN HALLOWELL, Sunday at 11:53 p.m., Duncan R. Allen, 29, of Readfield, was arrested on Water Street on a charge of violating conditions of release.

IN GARDINER, Saturday at 2:51 a.m., Eric Keith Hunter, 29, a transient, was arrested on the waterfront on a charge of violating conditions of release.

 

SUMMONSES

IN AUGUSTA, Sunday at 1:16 p.m., a 66-year-old Farmingdale woman was issued a summons on Civic Center Drive for unauthorized taking or transfer of less than a $500 value.

IN RICHMOND, Saturday at 9:32 p.m., Teresa Winter, 71, of Richmond, was issued a summons on a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
