ARRESTS

IN CLINTON, Monday at 3:31 p.m., Brewster A. Bainer, 33, of Fairfield, was arrested on a warrant and charges of unlawfully possessing heroin, unlawfully possessing a cocaine base and violating conditions of release.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 8:20 a.m., A. Scotty Couture, 30, of Jay, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, criminal mischief and violating probation.

6 p.m., Carrie Theresa Masse, 35, of Temple, was arrested on a charge of operating after suspension from failing to pay a reinstatement fee.

IN OAKLAND, Monday at 11:04 a.m., Devin A. Folsom, 28, of Oakland, was arrested on a charge of assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Monday at 11:45 a.m., Jerome Ray Cole, 42, of Livermore Falls, was arrested on a probation violation.

12:20 p.m., Roland Eugene Tuttle, 32, of Fairfield, was brought to jail on a writ.

Tuesday at 12:34 a.m., Mykel Irving Hewey, 31, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of refusing to submit to arrest and violating conditions of release.
