IN FARMINGDALE, Monday at 11:43 a.m., a 17-year-old was arrested on a charge of assault after an incident on Maple Street.
IN GARDINER, Monday at 12:02 p.m., Justin O. Smith, 31, of Gardiner, was arrested on a probation hold.
SUMMONS
IN AUGUSTA, Monday at 1:35 p.m., Michol L. Merrill, 32, of Gardiner, was issued a summons on a charge of operating under the influence after a traffic complaint on Riverside Drive.
