ARRESTS

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Tuesday at 12:52 a.m., Cora T. Breault, 33, of Farmington, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and endangering the welfare of a child.

6:39 a.m., Justin C. Porter, 33, of Smithfield, was arrested on a writ.

11:32 a.m., Kurt Searles, 31, of Phillips, was arrested on a charge of operating while his license was suspended or revoked.

11:50 a.m., Austin Michael Clark, 27, of Jay, was arrested on a probation hold.

3:20 p.m., Dakota D. Lagasse, 26, of Jay, was arrested on two warrants.

3:55 p.m., Robert Allen Hunter Jr., 49, of Farmington, was arrested on a writ.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 10:40 a.m., Damien Shane Towers, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on three warrants.

1:09 p.m., Garret Jordan Hayden, 36, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a probation hold.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 2:30 a.m., Paul Fay, 34, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

3:01 a.m., Cameron Brooks-Emery, 18, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and consuming alcohol as a minor.

IN WINSLOW, Tuesday at 11:31 p.m., Joshua D.J. Champagne, 29, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence and operating with a license that had been expired over 90 days.

 

SUMMONS

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 11:47 p.m., Aaron G. Owens, 39, of Waterville, was issued a summons on a charge of operating after suspension.
