Richmond Area Health Center will co-sponsor a free Living Well for Better Health series from 9 to 11:30 a.m. every Tuesday, June 25-July 30, at Golden Oldies Senior Center, 314 Front St.
Because ongoing health conditions affect so many adults, Spectrum Generations will offer this interactive workshop series where participants can learn tools to better manage their health conditions. The workshop also has been shown to reduce hospitalizations by improving participants’ ability to take care of their own health, according to a news release from the health center.
Topics discussed during this six-week course will include depression, medication use, nutrition, planning your future and how to talk to a healthcare provider.
