IN AUGUSTA, Wednesday at 12:36 a.m., a 17-year-old boy was arrested on charges of burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and terrorizing with a deadly weapon.
5:26 p.m., Walter Dewayne Payne, 43, of Detroit, Michigan, was arrested on a charge of assault.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Wednesday at 11:15 a.m., Lawrence Richard Knowles, 54, of Norridgewock, was arrested on charges of eluding an officer, a felony charge; passing a police roadblock; failure to stop for an officer; two counts of violations of conditions of release; and theft by unauthorized taking.
At 1:15 p.m., Jonathan P. Avery, 40, of Madison, was arrested on charges of failure to provide a correct name, address and date of birth and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
At 11:34 p.m., Michael W. Jalbert, 37, of Sangerville, was arrested on charges of refusal to sign a criminal summons.
IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:12 a.m., Benjamin M. Dee, 37, of Lewiston, was arrested on charges of unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs and violating conditions of release.
