IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 3:06 p.m., Jaceb Dillingham, 28, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.
IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 10:34 p.m., William Moody, 44, of Waterville, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug.
