IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Saturday at 9:48 a.m., Kristopher M. Arnold, 31, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant.
2:54 p.m., Joseph S. Boothby, 31, of Wilton, was arrested on a probation hold.
11:10 p.m., Lauren Nicole Sandras, 25, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of OUI.
IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Saturday at 7:42 p.m., Matthew Flood, 25, of St. Albans, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.
IN WATERVILLE, Saturday at 11:47 p.m., Sean Collins, 42, of Cucamonga, California, was arrested on charges of OUI and operating after suspension.
