IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 6:20 p.m., Richard Fred Walls, 34, of Windsor, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release and disorderly conduct.
At 8 p.m., David L. Ritchie, 43, of Portland, was arrested on a warrant.
At 10:55 p.m., Noel Joseph Carpenter, 52, of North Anson, was arrested on charges of violating conditions of release, violating a protective order and two warrants.
