IN CLINTON, Thursday at 9:21 p.m., Lynn Robert Poulin, 41, of Clinton, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

Also at 9:21 p.m., Allen Michael Jenness-Libby, 31, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Monday at 2:23 a.m., Christian Travis Brown, 41, of Jay, was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of schedule W drugs and violation of condition of release.

Tuesday at 11:20 a.m., Anthony L. Baldinelli, 43, of Farmington, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday at 8:50 p.m., Steven Eugene Price, 42, of Wilton, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief.

11:25 p.m., Shawn Andrew French, 46, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Thursday at 8:32 a.m., Michael Lonnee, 36, of China, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault.

10:12 a.m., Ronald Eugene Moulton, 48, of Bingham, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear.

10:29 a.m., Michael Matthew Thomas, 26, of Skowhegan, was arrested on charges of operating after habitual offender revocation, aggravated operating after revocation while eluding, theft by unauthorized use of property, possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, failure to stop for an officer, eluding an officer, two counts of operating an unregistered motor vehicle and driving to endanger.

6:19 p.m., Mark Robert White, 32, of Skowhegan, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 12:02 a.m., Aaliyah Gagliardi, 26, of Canaan, was arrested on a warrant.

Thursday at 8:07 p.m., Samantha Perry, 28, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant.

Friday at 2 a.m., Zachary Milliken, 38, of Waterville, was arrested on a warrant, as well as charges of violation of condition of release and possession of schedule W drugs.

IN WINSLOW, Thursday at 2:07 p.m., Shawn Allan McKeil, 38, of Winslow, was arrested on a warrant.

IN WINTHROP, Thursday at 11:03 a.m., William Heil IV, 44, of Chelsea, was arrested on charge of assault.
