IN FRANKLIN COUNTY, Friday at 11:01 a.m., Kirk Marshal Smith, 45, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

At 11:54 p.m., Keith David II Tripp, 39, of Madrid, was arrested on charges of domestic violence assault, assault and refusing to submit to arrest or detention.

Sunday at 12:15 p.m., Alannah A. White, 28, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence.

At 2:05 p.m., Sandra J. Chambers, 66, of Jay, was arrested on a warrant.

Monday at 12:39 p.m., Chad James Oliver, 36, of Farmington, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protective order.

At 9:23 p.m., Andrew Bruce Goding, 27, of Jay, was arrested on a charge of violating condition of release.

IN GARDINER, Saturday at 1:10 p.m., Jeffrey Philbrook, 36, of Gardiner, was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday at 9:42 p.m., Michael Chadwick, 40, of Gardiner, was arrested on charge of domestic violence assault.

IN RICHMOND, Saturday at 4:30 p.m., Michael White, 48, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant.

Sunday at 12:02 a.m., Jordan Lincoln, 35, of Houlton, was arrested on charges of trafficking in scheduled drugs and importation of drugs.

IN SOMERSET COUNTY, Tuesday at 2:01 p.m., Randy L. Fulton, 32, of Mars Hill, was arrested on a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer.

At 8:02 p.m., Tyler Jacob Schroeder, 23, of Fairfield, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and obstructing public ways.

IN WATERVILLE, Tuesday at 5:29 p.m., Sean Bourgois, 31, of Winslow, was arrested on charges of violating condition of release, unlawful trafficking and aggravated trafficking.

IN WINTHROP,  Tuesday at 10:28 p.m., Daniel Ackerley, 35, of Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant.

Tuesday at 11:35 p.m., Crystal Stump, 48, of Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant.
